EZOCEL ROWSQUERIER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This license agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of RowsQuerier and its
companion packages ("Software") published by Ezocel S.A.S. ("Licensor").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you ("Licensee") agree to the
terms of this Agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

1.1. Evaluation Use. The Licensor grants the Licensee a free, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, worldwide license to install, use, and evaluate the Software
for development, testing, and evaluation purposes without a purchased license
key.

1.2. Production Use. Use of the Software in a production environment requires
a valid license key purchased from the Licensor through
https://www.rowsquerier.com/. The scope, duration, and terms of the production
license are defined by the purchased license type and the associated license
key.

1.3. NuGet Distribution. The Software may be obtained as a NuGet package and
included as a dependency in Licensee's applications. The Licensee may not
redistribute the Software as a standalone package or as part of a competing
product.

2. RESTRICTIONS

The Licensee shall not:

(a) Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software, except
to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;

(b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or licensing notices
included in the Software;

(c) Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any license verification or activation
mechanism in the Software;

(d) Sublicense, sell, lease, or redistribute the Software as a standalone
library or as part of a framework, toolkit, or product that competes with the
Software;

(e) Use the Software in production without a valid license key issued by the
Licensor.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software is the intellectual property of Ezocel S.A.S. This Agreement does
not transfer ownership of the Software to the Licensee. All rights not
expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.

4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Support and updates are provided according to the terms of the purchased
license. Evaluation use does not include support.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY
THE LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE
CLAIM.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this
Agreement immediately if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon
termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy all
copies.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be
submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
